There is a 7-day period for exchanges from the date of receipt. We accept exchanges for items damaged in transit or defective items.

Stating:

- your order date

- your order number

- your product quantity, code and description

- your reason for returning

and we will get back to you on how to proceed with the return.

We will refund the price you paid for your item via your original payment method. However, sales items do not qualify for refunds.

All goods will be inspected on return. We will try our best to accept all returns, however returns to us need to be in unused condition with original packaging. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. You are responsible for the cost of returning any items both locally and internationally. Please ensure sure you use a postal service that insures you of the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.

Please check your fragrance or home scent orders carefully as fragrances and home scents can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.
