There is a 7-day period for exchange/ return & refund from the date of receipt. We only accept exchange/ return for damaged item during transit or defective item.

Return/ exchange due to change of mind will not be accepted.

Tester products & Sales items are strictly not available for exchange & return.

If you would like to return/ exchange any item (defective/ damaged during transit), please drop us an email at office@acebela.com

Stating:

- your order date

- your order number

- your product name & quantity

- your reason for returning

and we will get back to you on how to proceed with the return (Only damaged or defective item will be accepted; not applicable for tester & sales products).

Customer to arrange own shipment for exchange/ return & refund. Please ensure to use a postal service that insures the value of the returning items and obtain shipment details.

All goods will be inspected upon received. Returned items have to be in unused condition with original packaging. In the event that the returned item is not in original condition, we have the right not to proceed the refund.

The paid amount of the return item will be refunded via your original payment method.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
