What Shipping Methods Are Available?

How do I place an Order?
Follow the steps below to place an order.

1. Add to Cart
To add an item to your cart, select on the product page.

2. Review Shopping Cart
After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, color, and quantity by selecting at the top right corner of any page on acebela.com.

3. Proceed to Checkout
When you are ready to order, write your special instructions (if any), agree with the terms and conditions & select the black button located in your shopping cart.

4. Account Login
Returning Customers: Log into your account using the same email address and password you used to create the account. If the email address used to set up your account is no longer valid, please contact Customer Care to update your account or simply create a new account.

New Customers: New customers will need to create an account. For assistance setting up your account, please contact Customer Care.

5. Enter a Shipping Address
Please make sure to provide the correct or valid Shipping Address.

6. Select Delivery
Review your order, change shipping options if necessary.

7. Payment Information
Select your method of payment and complete the transaction.

8. Submit Order
Review all the information you have entered. If everything is correct, select “Submit Order Now” to complete the order.

An order confirmation will appear on your screen with your invoice number.
We recommend printing a copy of your order confirmation page for your records. We will also immediately email a copy of your order to you.

10. Check Your Order Status
If, at any time, you would like to review your order, click the Sign In link in the top right corner of most pages to login to your My Account.

Do You Ship Internationally?
No. Only Malaysia and Singapore for now.

Returns

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
No need. However, customer has to arrange own shipment for exchange/ return & refund.
How do I return an item?
If you are returning something, please drop us an email at office@acebela.com

Stating:
- your order date
- your order number
- your product quantity, code and description
- your reason for returning

and we will get back to you on how to proceed with the return.

How many day take for shipping?
Orders take up 1 to 2 full business days to be processed, picked, and packed before it is shipped.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for orders with standard shipping from our courier partners.
